Our Esteemed Customers

Processing of Wheat:

The raw material, wheat, is procured from UP, MP, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan. To extract foreign material other than wheat, the raw material is cleaned by various machines, such as separators, cleaning machines, and dry de-stoners. After cleaning, the wheat is sent for tempering and conditioning before being stored in bins for approximately 24 to 30 hours. The conditioned wheat is milled in machines like roller mills and Chakki stones before being sifted through purifiers and plan sifters, where the stock is graded. Finally, the finished product is passed through high-speed entolators to ensure that it is pest-free (if applicable). The finished product is transferred to bins before being packed by automatic packing machines.

Best in the Market:

Wheat flour, semolina, whole wheat atta, resultant atta, wheat bran, and other products are produced during milling. These items have a shelf life of about three months. We place the utmost importance on proper hygiene and product quality, and the product is completely untouched by human hands.

The wheat variety used:

Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar, and Rajasthan’s fertile lands produce the best variety of wheat, which is chosen by our procurement team as per the specific needs of our customers.

Sharbatti and other varieties like Lokwan, Raj, and Mill Quality are highly enriched with protein content, low moisture, and minimal impurities, making them ideal for wheat milling.
